Small shopkeeper

I kept thinking of Reg Ingley, the original small shopkeeper in On the Town with the League of Gentlemen, while finally setting up my Etsy shop this weekend. I've got some DK and some sock yarn, and a skein of laceweight for sale... and it all fits in two baskets.

I'm at http://knittingonthegreen.etsy.com/ - do go and have a look and tell me what you think (and what I'm missing)! A very nice lady in Texas has already bought some DK from me...

small shopkeeper: huge talent! Love the colours and the descriptions are clear and concise. (Everything I'd want to know is there: fibre, tension, washability).

How was the beer festival. Older niece and I drooled our way down that list of ciders and niece has threatened to rename herself swampdonkey, after one of the ciders...

That was just toooo tempting - I've just bought 2 skeins of sock wool which I will love and stroke and generally admire until I find time/energy to make socks to love and admire.

For me the most important thing (well after it being nice yarn!) is that the washing instructions are really clear, so that I know whether I can shove them in the machine or not. And your information was great.

btw I found your blog as someone I know on a craft froum did a dyeing workshop with you and said how great you were. You're too far away for me to do a workshop, but I love the stuff you have for sale.
